Staff & Instructors Director - Mike Gamblin, CRS / GRI Mike Gamblin has been a salesman all his life and as such has a unique insight into what it takes to make it in the real estate business. A broker/owner of his own independent real estate firm, Mike has been a consistent Top Producing real estate agent in the Treasure Valley for the last 18 years. He holds a GRI (Graduate REALTORS Institute) and the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. He has also been instructing real estate agents for the past 10 years. In 2008 Mike received the "Instructor of the Year" Award for his dedication to superior instruction, quality course development and implementation and for having consistently "Superior" ratings from his students in their course and instructor evaluations. An avid believer in staying involved in your profession, Mike has served as the President of the Ada County Association of REALTORS in 1999 and was the 2004 State REALTOR President. He still serves on the Idaho Association of REALTORS Executive Committee and stays active in many real estate causes. Mike is an enthusiastic instructor who's fast wit and timely examples as a current active real estate broker make him one of the most entertaining and sought after real estate educators in Idaho. Mike was born in Sandpoint, Idaho and has three children (two in the real estate business with him) and two grand-daughters. He resides in Boise. Instructors Nine additonal contract instructors for Pioneer Real Estate School accredited courses are all certified by the Idaho Real Estate Commission. They are all experts in their areas of expertise with extensive experience to relate to the student 'real life' applications to the various concepts of real estate practice. Pioneer Real Estate School also utilizes specialty instructors including attorneys, appraisers, lenders and brokers who specialize in areas of real estate including law, finance, appraisal, and brokerage management.
