Pre-Licensing Salespersons License - two (2) 45-hour courses are required to activate a real estate license in Idaho Module 1 - 45 classroom hours & Module 2 - 45 classroom hours: Pioneer Real Estate School offers day and evening classes for your convenience. Save over $150! The approximate costs for the two courses is $499.00 including texts, outlines, and materials. However, additional costs outside the classroom will be required prior to licensing including but not limited to - fingerprinting, state exam, errors and omission insurance, and licensing. There may also be additional fees including membership in a trade organization, joining multiple listing service, etc. Thus, a student could anticipate initial start up costs to approximate $2,000 including the educational requirements.
