Brokers and their office managers are required to take this course by the Idaho Real Estate Commission.

This new class from the IREC will reinforce your understanding of how to complete the most commonly used forms in an accurate and complete manner. You will learn how to explain these same forms accurately and completely to your clients. The class is designed to help you identify and discuss risk exposure and the ramifications of not completing the forms appropriately.

Course and Text Fees
Course and text fees are due no later than the first day of the respective course. A $35 fee will be charged for any returned NSF checks. Course, text and supply fees are subject to change without notice. No refunds or returns on books and/or bookstore purchases.
Refunds
100% tuition refund, less a $50 administrative fee, is available for course cancellations requested no later than 2 business days prior to the commencement of a course for all Pioneer Real Estate courses. In order to receive a refund, writtin notification stating the reason for withdrawal must be received at Pioneer Real Estate School no later than two (2) business days prior to commencement of the respective course. Any withdrawal during a course will result in a pro-rated refund based on the percentage of the course completion and the $50 fee will apply. Lack of attendance will not constitute official course withdrawal, and no refund will be made.
Continuing Education Registration
Pre-registration is highly recommended due to course demand. Backup classes may be available, but are not guaranteed. First payments received will be guaranteed until course fills up.
Attendance
Idaho Code 54-2022(3) requires attendance at ALL course sessions for credit to secure a real estate license.
