This course has been designed for clarification of record-keeping in real estate offices. The course is especially helpful for the administrative staff, brokers, sales associates and other personnel. Take the time to fully understand the correct operation of ledger records, deposit and checkbook maintenances. Create and develop good record-keeping and Trust Account operation. Brokers are required to take this course by the Idaho Real Estate Commission every 3 years.

Course and Text Fees
Course and text fees are due no later than the first day of the respective course. A $35 fee will be charged for any returned NSF checks. Course, text and supply fees are subject to change without notice. No refunds or returns on books and/or bookstore purchases.
Refunds
100% tuition refund, less a $50 administrative fee, is available for course cancellations requested no later than 2 business days prior to the commencement of a course for all Pioneer Real Estate courses. In order to receive a refund, writtin notification stating the reason for withdrawal must be received at Pioneer Real Estate School no later than two (2) business days prior to commencement of the respective course. Any withdrawal during a course will result in a pro-rated refund based on the percentage of the course completion and the $50 fee will apply. Lack of attendance will not constitute official course withdrawal, and no refund will be made. Refunds are issued within 10-14 business days.
Continuing Education Registration
Pre-registration is highly recommended due to course demand. Backup classes may be available, but are not guaranteed. First payments received will be guaranteed until course fills up.
Attendance
Idaho Code 54-2022(3) requires attendance at ALL course sessions for credit to secure a real estate license.
